The Christmas season will soon be here–and in fact, for many stores, it is already. We choose to wait until the day after Thanksgiving to get into full swing here at Vander Giessen’s, but that doesn’t mean we’re not busy getting ready!

Stop in today and you’ll see we’re busy changing our greenhouse around to accommodate our indoor Christmas tree shopping area, a separate poinsettia & indoor plant area and our ever-popular Christmas train, a favorite for kids of all ages.

If you’re looking for outdoor plants to spruce up your containers for the holidays, we’ve just received a delivery of fresh and vibrant hellebores–some already in bloom–as well as colorful heuchera, festive wintergren gaultheria, miniature evergreens and blooming winter heather. Just prior to Thanksgiving we will stock up on our indoor Christmas decor, including poinsettias, Christmas cactus, cyclamen and more. And of course, we’ll be ready to serve you with fresh-cut Christmas trees, wreaths and natural garland to help you decorate indoors and out.
